Because our products are considered personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once opened.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Email info@facecardskincare.com with your order number and photos, and our team will promptly resolve the issue.

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
