Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Standard shipping is available within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.

International Shipping:
At this time, Facecard ships only within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@facecardskincare.com. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
